Kinetic Bridges Academy is seeking Christian educators to teach in our hybrid learning environment.  

We are a nonprofit Christian academy partnering closely with families to provide an academically engaging, Christ-centered education. Our teachers have the unique opportunity to know their students well, build strong relationships with parents, and support students’ academic and spiritual growth.

Responsibilities: 

• Teach core subjects/select electives as qualified on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.  

• Support students and parents via email on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  

• Integrate biblical truth into your teaching and reinforce Christian character in daily instruction.  

• Create a classroom environment that is calm, respectful, and engaging.  

• Collaborate with fellow teachers and school leadership.  

• Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and school events. 

Qualifications  

Required:  

• Agreement with Kinetic Bridges Academy’s Statement of Faith.  

• A personal and growing relationship with Jesus Christ.  

• Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education (Elementary teachers)/ education, or a related field (Upper teachers).  

• Strong communication and classroom management skills.  

• Passion for helping students grow academically and spiritually.  

  

Preferred:  

• Previous teaching experience.  

• Experience in public, homeschool, hybrid, or Christian education settings.  

• Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs.  

• Missouri teaching certification.  

  

Schedule  

On Campus  

Monday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM  

Wednesday: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM  

Friday: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM  

  

Remote Support  

Tuesday & Thursday: Planning, grading, parent communication, and student support  

 

Compensation & Benefits:  

 Salaried position paid bi-weekly over 12 months.  

• Approximately six weeks of paid time off aligned with the school calendar.
