Join the Team at Kinetic Bridges Academy
Kinetic Bridges Academy is unapologetically mission-driven. We believe character formation is as essential as academic excellence, and we hire educators who share that conviction. Applicants must demonstrate a thriving, active Christian faith, active involvement in a local church, and a clear willingness to integrate biblical truth into daily instruction.
We are seeking solution oriented professionals who protect unity, reject gossip and divisiveness, communicate directly and respectfully, and actively advance the mission of KBA. This is not a neutral or merely academic environment. If you are not aligned with a Christ-centered vision for education, this is likely not the right fit.
Not only does our staff receive 6 paid weeks off during the academic year, you may have opportunity to fill a 5 day or 3 day position.
