There are open-response questions near the end. Be direct, specific, and constructive.
Each survey should take about 5 to 10 minutes.

For teachers, administrators, office staff, and support staff.

For Families

Parent Survey

For parents or guardians of currently enrolled students.

Optional name and email. One response per household is usually best.

For those who serve on staff and also have a currently enrolled student.

Start with the parent survey. After submitting, continue to the staff survey from the confirmation page.

Student Survey

For students completing their own school experience survey.

Designed for students in 5th grade and above. Students should complete this independently.

Use the Right Survey

Parents should complete the parent survey. Students should complete the student survey for themselves. Staff members should complete the staff survey based on their own experience. If you are both a parent and a staff member, please complete both the parent survey and the staff survey.
